I'm Sam, Founder of Gritstone Property. My background is in construction and I've been in the industry for over a decade. I have run a company and worked closely with architects, planners, and the council to create dream spaces for our clients. During that time I've learned that building a solid network and clear communication with all involved is key to delivering results. My relocation to Sheffield made me consider the new path I wanted to tread and what sort of future I wanted for myself. That's why I invested in my education and can now offer investors great opportunities within property.
